Delivery & Shipping Policy – Pro Electronics

At Pro Electronics, we strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how we manage deliveries.


Delivery Addresses

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes via express courier services.

  • For security and accountability reasons, we do not instruct couriers to leave parcels unattended at any address under any circumstances. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed.

  • Standard delivery time is approximately 6 working days within New Zealand (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.


Large or Bulky Orders

For particularly heavy or oversized items, additional freight charges may apply. If this is the case, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the delivery details and any extra costs before dispatch.
